Coaches have the opportunity to nominate up to 4 athletes from their program who have demonstrated athletic performance and program leadership. These nominations include their position, key statistics, and a short note from the coach on why the athlete should be considered.
Paid, active member coaches review the list of nominees for their region, voting on the list to form the All-Region Team. The first 50% of the list is named to the First Team, and is then eligible to try out for the Indiana All Stars.
