The IBVCA counts itself as very fortunate to have such a diverse community of coaches, staff, and athletes across the state of Indiana. This includes coaches who have been part of boys volleyball for a very long time, and coaches who are new to coaching boys at the high school level. 

Starting in 2027, the IBVCA is facilitating a Coach the Coach program that will connect coaches at various stages of their boys volleyball careers for peer and group mentorship opportunities. This program will bring together folks virtually and in-person (as available) for discussions, education, and fellowship throughout the year. 

If you would like to participate in the Coach the Coach program, please complete the application form below. We are seeking both mentors and mentees for this inaugural 2027 class.
