IBVCA Membership Dues

Membership in the IBVCA offers community, education, professional standards, and award recognitions for coaches, staff, and athletes across the state of Indiana. Member programs are eligible to vote in association matters, to participate in focused education opportunities, and to nominate and earn post-season recognitions for athletics, academics, and coaching achievements. 

Still curious about how choosing the IBVCA will benefit your program? Here's a few things we've accomplished in the last few years on your behalf:

1. Led advocacy with the IHSAA that finalized with sanctioning as a Varsity sport in 2025.
2. Conducted the first high school boys volleyball state championship on a college campus at Butler University in 2024 (our final IBVCA tournament!)
3. Offered coaching clinics during the preseason to provide education to coaches and staff prior to the 2023, 2024, and 2025 seasons. 
4. Provided equipment donations to programs as they established their teams during the Emerging Sport seasons in 2023 and 2024. 
5. Developed a post-season awards process that recognizes hundreds of athletes each season. 
6. Established the IBVCA Honor Night, a special banquet for state finalists and key award winners.

Membership is $60 per coach. Fees can be paid via cash, check, or digital payment (details below). If your school requires an invoice for payment, there are two options: a generic invoice for an individual coach can be downloaded from this page (this does not specify school or invoice number) or a custom invoice for an individual coach or full program membership can be requested using the form on this page.
